When will my Pinkibox arrive?
Your Pinkibox will arrive on the first week or third week of every month and at the preferred time of the day. If you need to make any changes to your delivery date, please email us at [email protected] or call us on 0302937408/0558236442. If it is a gift, it is delivered on the specified date.
What can I expect in each box?
For our pre-packed pinkiboxes, we have:
The Essential Box includes the right amount of pads, a few pantyliners, tissues and wipes. It is suitable for low flows that last 3-4 days.
The Comfort Box includes all that is in The Essential Box but in right quantities that is suitable for medium flows that last 4-5 days.
The Deluxe Box includes all the Comfort Box items but in the right quantities that would be suitable for heavy flows that last 5-7 days in addition to some goodies.
For Do-It-Yourself (DIY) users, they get to select the quantities that they require.

Can I cancel my subscription?
